Sometimes when you reconnect and disconnect docking station it will either charge device or won't charge or it will pick up ethernet connection. I had this issue on a brand new WD15 out of the box. Had this issue with multiple laptops in my fleet. If we then check the LAN network adapter, it's 10mbit instead of 1gbit. Has someone fixed it? You should get a pop to allow the dock to connect.
