Manager with collecting and reviewing the university hiring forecast (full-time and internship) needs for the region, Create ad-hoc reports and present to leadership, Train Campus Ambassador teams and Talent Management teammates, Assist Global Talent Management organization with other initiatives as needed, Partner with hiring managers to determine the entry level and intern needs for their teams, Support the year-round intern program through event creation and planning, Ensure application and documentation is completed for college candidates throughout the recruitment process, Manage data tracking and reporting related to our campus recruitment and hiring efforts, Directly interact with college professionals, career centers, and faculty to build brand awareness on campuses, Develops annual budget and adheres to planned dollars, Thorough knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO, ADA), 1+ years of recruiting experience with an emphasis on accounting professionals, Ability to work with candidates, create ongoing partnerships, anticipate candidate needs, Solid understanding of the role University Relations plays to the business and the company, Must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
